Jump up!
Shout out!
Run about!
A wild horse thundering,
Hooves pounding!
Sing out loud to the sky!
Sing to your family!

Dance!
Who cares?
Booggy like no one is there!
Be you!
Show your true colors inside!

Don't think about how you look!
Don't be afraid to be silly!
Don't fear appearing stupid!
It is just you and those that you love.

So jump and run and dance!
Shake and shout and prance!
Be loud, and be true!
Do things you never thought you could do!

Rhytum and beats!
Get off the couch and onto your feet!
Scream and laugh and pretend,
You are a little kid again!
Play and giggle!
Smile and wiggle!
Let everything go and jump!

Let your imagination run free!
Find new corners never touched,
Parts of your soul unknown!
Just run!
Have too much fun!
Open your hapiness, share it with the world!
Wash away sadness and stress, and reason.
Be true!
And don't be afraid to be you!
