Title: Silver Nightfall
Author: Me
Chapters: No idea!
Pairing: Some, but you won't know who I'm talking about.
Summary: Long after the Clans settle in their new homes, a prophecy is made to RiverClan; A silver star will rise as darkness falls on the forest, and the heavens will break apart, leaving no cat or Clan the same. The silver will fall to darkness and power, leaving forever. It's written in the point of view of Silverfog, a RiverClan warrior.
Prologue:
The cats of StarClan gathered around a silver pool. For the first time in living, or deathly, memory, there was soft hissing. "It's always ThunderClan who gets to save the forest, defeat BloodClan, and so on!" argued a golden-spotted queen. "RiverClan needs a turn." A huge white tom with black paws nodded. "No, it should be ShadowClan! We're always the outcasts; give us a chance to prove our loyalty and strength!" A fiery red tom hissed. "It's not always easy having to save all the Clans! It's not our fault StarClan favored us. In those times, anyway..." A dark brown tom looked at him curiously. "Firestar, what do you mean?" His questioning and the arguing abruptly stopped when a grey flat-faced queen hissed, "Listen! The prophecy the stars predicted is for RiverClan, but all the Clans will have a dark part to play. Some stronger than others... Listen!" She rasped softly, " A silver star will rise as darkness falls on the forest, and the heavens will break apart, leaving no cat the same. The silver will fall to darkness and power, leaving forever." The StarClan cats shook their heads, but didn't argue. Yellowfang was too well respected. "So will it be."
As the StarClan cats argue, a huge brown tabby rumbled with satisfaction, looking in to a pool similar to the Clans' Moonpool. "Soon, I will be reborn, and I will have my revenge on StarClan and ThunderClan.... And that same silver cat will help me. The image in his pool changed from StarClan's council to RiverClan's warrior den. He looked at a lithe silevr tabby, who, sensing his watch, rolled over and opened her eyes warily, but he was long protected from them. She closed her eyes once more, as he renewed his vigil, waiting for a queen.
