Well, I just started making signatures and avatars and I thought I'd open a shop.
I use a mixture of: Jasc Paint Shop, MS Shop, Lunapic.com, Microsoft Office Publisher, Iaza.com, and Tinypic.com to upload it.

Pic: What pic you want
Animation: If you want an animation, ie. Zoom, Rotate etc.
Main text: What's the biggest text in your siggie
Sub Text: Smaller text you want on the siggie
Text animation: If you want text animation ie. Fade Away, Show up one letter at a time
Other: Anything else?
